Best practices:

  • Take a warm shower before entering to open your pores and facilitate detoxification.
  • Dry yourself thoroughly to allow better sweating.
  • Before and after the sauna, drink an unsweetened herbal tea in our Relaxation Area to stay hydrated and enhance mindfulness.
  • The sauna session can last up to 20 minutes—embrace silence and focus on your breath for a more profound experience.
  • After the sauna, cool down with cold water or ice to close pores and stimulate circulation.
  • Finally, relax on one of our loungers, sip a drink, and let your body rebalance.
